Since our official opening on October 4, 2007, the CAPOEIRA MARTIAL ARTS ACADEMY has been establishing itself as a valuable cultural resource hosting several events related to Brazilian culture and Capoeira and receiving a lot of media exposure.

CMAA is very active within its community. In the first months since the opening of the Capoeira Martial Arts Academy we have not aggressively pursued public exposure, but even so, we have already received much attention. Instructor Jensen and the CMAA have already performed in a few public performances: CMAA was featured on shows for GMA7, ABS-CBN a number of times, and in some newspapers / magazines: Bite MAGAZINE, Sun Star, Zee Lifestyle, etc. We have so many more plans for our academy and we want you all to be a part of this development.
